Obstetrics & Gynaecology
As one of the first departments started in the hospital the department has full time experienced qualified and dedicated doctors and senior nurses for separate first stage of labour and second stage of labour. Separate nurses are there for each patient in labour & new technology like CTG machines to monitor wellbeing of baby during labour and facility for painless labour. Antenatal OPD morning and evening. Special care for high risk pregnant patients. Ultra-modern USG machine with Colour Doppler to assess well being of baby and timely management. Gynaec OPD is equipped with colposcope for early detection of cancer cervix. Every month third Friday is devoted to health education for pregnant and non-pregnant patients and free distribution of Iron and Calcium tablets. Operation theatre is well equipped to take care of all types of gynaec surgeries including laparoscopic surgeries.
