The P S mission Hospital Orthopaedics & Trauma Care department offers a wide range of services, including knee replacement surgeries, total hip and shoulder replacement surgeries and spine surgeries, as well as various kinds of innovative care for a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions. Our orthopaedic team diagnoses, operates and treats problems affecting the bones, joints and muscles of patients in all age groups. With its fully-equipped operation theatres, intensive care units for pre- and post- operative care, as well as rehabilitation services the Orthopaedics department offers subspecialty expertise, comprehensive services and advanced technology. The state-of-the-art operation theatres are equipped with the latest fracture tables and imaging facilities, including a C-arm image intensifier. Operation Theater has Laminar flow OT.

- 24 hr. dedicated trauma care with facilities and expertise for treating high-velocity injuries.
- Fracture treatment – Closed & Open.
- Arthroscopy – Diagnostic, Meniscectomies & ACL Reconstruction.
- Joint Replacement surgeries.
- Diabetic foot treatment – Treatment (including Reconstructive Surgeries) working in tandem with the Senior Physicians (highly experienced in the treatment of Diabetic foot) & Alternative Medicine(Acupuncture).
- Deformity Corrections.
- Spine Surgery – Surgeries done by a highly accomplished Senior Spine Surgeon assisted by the Dept. of Orthopaedics, PSMH.
- Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation – Senior Physiotherapist.
- Experienced, hard-working & efficient staff in the Emergency Room, Operation Theatre & Post-Op ICU.
- Minimal hospitalisation unless otherwise warranted. Day-care surgeries done routinely
