The Psychiatry Department at P S Mission Hospital is dedicated to provide better clinical care for mental conditions affecting individuals across the age spectrum with severe and diverse illnesses. The Department offers a variety of clinical interests in Biological Psychiatry, Pharmacotherapy & Behaviour Therapy including Cognitive Therapy. A speciality clinic within the Department is dedicated to help people with substance dependence issues.
The Department of Psychiatry offers comprehensive, innovative and recovery-focused services to help with mental health problems. The Department also handles common mental disorders like anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD) and depression, Schizophrenia, mood disorders and Dementia or substance abuse disorders like alcohol abuse and personality disorders.
